Complete painting and finishing lines are integrated industrial systems designed, manufactured and installed by ALWO according to the production process, required capacity and available space. Solutions can serve abrasive blasting, surface preparation and sanding, painting, lacquering, and other coating or finishing stages.

Equipment integrated into one line

Depending on the application, the configuration can include:

• extraction walls and downdraft tables;
• painting and lacquering systems;
• capture, extraction and filtration systems for dust, powder, fumes and volatile organic compounds (VOCs);
• make-up air systems and temperature and airflow control;
• overhead or floor-mounted conveyors;
• electrical panels, sensors and process automation.

Engineering tailored to the customer’s process

The project begins with an analysis of the production requirements, workpieces, coating materials, process times and site conditions. The information is developed into a detailed technical solution, reviewed and approved with the customer before components are released for manufacturing and installation.

Each line is configured for the specific application; ventilation, filtration, make-up air, conveying and automation are sized as one integrated system. For processes involving combustible dust, solvents or VOCs, the design must be coordinated with fire and explosion risk assessment, occupational exposure limits and environmental requirements.
