Labyrinth Cardboard Filters

The labyrinth cardboard filter is made out of two bended metal sheets (similar to an accordion), with drill marks at alternating locations and joined at the edges. Due to its particular design concept, it is the only filter which works on the basis of the law of inertia, being the most efficient solution for paint spraying and drying booths. The so-called “pocket” resulted from the mechanism stops solid particles, retaining them in the filter and allowing the exhausted air to circulate further through the two layers of filters situated after the labyrinth cardboard.

Usage: in exhaust booths with separate drying from paint shops.
