Towline Chain Conveyor Systems with Carts

ALWO towline chain conveyors in a carousel-loop configuration are custom internal-transport systems for assembly, distribution and finishing processes. The route and carrier carts are engineered around the transported parts, process stages and available floor space.

A correctly sized system can reduce intermediate handling by forklifts or pallet trucks and provide controlled product movement between workstations, without assuming that it can replace every lifting or handling device in the facility.

Components and configurations

towline chain track installed on the floor or recessed into it;
