Products Pressurised Spray and Drying Enclosures with Dry Filtration
ALWO pressurised enclosures for spraying and drying provide a controlled space for paint application and part drying, with mechanical supply and extract air. Pressure and temperature are regulated for the process, and incoming air is filtered before distribution to the rooms.
The standard configuration includes a spray room and a drying room separated by a partition with glazed sliding doors. The enclosure is constructed from 40 mm polyurethane sandwich panels.
Supply and extract airflow, differential pressure, temperature, drying cycle and VOC emissions must be calculated for the products and parts being processed. Hazardous-area classification, electrical equipment, fire/explosion protection and air discharge are project-specific; an IP65 rating does not automatically provide ATEX compliance.
Every configuration below includes the sandwich-panel enclosure, AHU 1 and AHU 2, two vapour-extraction columns and the electrical/control panel.
| Enclosure dimensions L × W × H (mm) | Dry-filter extraction wall | Water floor |
|---|---|---|
| 3000 × 6000 × 2500 | ALWO V30 | 3 × 3 m |
| 3000 × 9000 × 2500 | ALWO V30 | 3 × 3 m |
| 3000 × 12000 × 2500 | ALWO V30 | 3 × 3 m |
| 4000 × 6000 × 2500 | ALWO V40 | 4 × 3 m |
| 4000 × 9000 × 2500 | ALWO V40 | 4 × 3 m |
| 4000 × 12000 × 2500 | ALWO V40 | 4 × 3 m |
| 5000 × 8000 × 2500 | ALWO V50 | 5 × 3 m |
| 5000 × 10000 × 2500 | ALWO V50 | 5 × 3 m |
| 5000 × 12000 × 2500 | ALWO V50 | 5 × 3 m |
These are standard configurations. Airflow, heating capacity and control functions are sized for the process.
