ECO SMOKE SMART Mobile Fume and Particle Filter

ECO SMOKE SMART is a mobile filter for local capture of fumes and particles in applications suitable for dry filtration. Unlike the automatically cleaned version, this model does not require a compressed-air supply.

Three-stage filter cassette

In the configuration shown, the cassette combines coarse prefiltration, fine filtration and a high-efficiency final stage. A pressure sensor monitors filter loading and activates a warning light when the cassette must be replaced. Filtration performance depends on the installed cassette and the applicable classification method.

An automatic start system is available as an option to reduce unnecessary operation and energy consumption. The extraction arm positions capture close to the emission source, while the mobile construction allows the unit to be moved between workstations.

The equipment is selected according to the process, fume characteristics, required airflow, operating time and occupational exposure requirements. The H13 stage captures particles and does not, by itself, remove gases or vapours; gaseous contaminants and higher-risk applications require an appropriate assessment and additional treatment.
