Scrubbers

A scrubber is a special equipment in which the operating principle is based on spraying liquid in the air stream containing the impurities that need to be removed. During this phase of interaction between liquid and gas, the “capture” of solid particles from the gas occurs. Heavier particles are deposited in the water tank. The water from the water collector tank is filtered by a pump and recirculated into the scrubber. This phase takes place in the first compartment of the scrubber. If necessary, the flow of air that still contains coarse particles passes through a mechanical filter, after which the clean air leaves the scrubber. This all happens in the second compartment of the scrubber. These hydrofilters / scrubbers can filter flows from 2,500 m3 / h up to 50,000 m3 / h.
