ALWO complements its industrial extraction work with in-house sheet-metal engineering and fabrication services. Keeping design and production capabilities close together supports consistent parts, shorter communication paths and better integration between equipment and ductwork.
Laser cutting
Fibre-laser equipment produces profiles, openings and complex shapes in steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet. Material grade, thickness, sheet size, tolerances and edge requirements are reviewed before production so that the cutting plan matches the intended assembly.
Press-brake bending
Press brakes form accurately cut blanks into panels, housings, transitions, brackets and other components. Tool selection, bend allowance, grain direction and sequence are established from the drawing and material.
Welding and assembly
Manual TIG/WIG and MIG/MAG processes, together with robotic welding for suitable repeated parts, support equipment frames, casings and fabricated assemblies. The welding procedure and inspection level follow the product and customer requirements.
Electrostatic powder coating
Prepared metal parts can receive an electrostatically applied powder finish followed by controlled curing. Colour, coating system, surface preparation and finish requirements are agreed for the application.
AutoCAD and SolidWorks engineering
2D documentation and 3D models connect customer requirements with cutting, bending, welding and assembly. Design review identifies interfaces, access, tolerances and manufacturability before material is released to production.
Decorative metal panels
Custom patterns can be cut and finished for selected architectural or landscape applications. Geometry, material, fixing points and coating are adapted to the project.
Capabilities and available production windows should be confirmed for each order. Use the ALWO contact page to send drawings, quantities, materials and finish requirements.
