The ALWO FS local bag dust collector combines the fan, filter section and collection bags in one compact unit. Compared with the modular ALWO F filter, the FS range has smaller overall dimensions and an integrated fan, making it suitable for local dust capture inside a workshop.
The filter bags are regenerated mechanically by a motor-driven shaker. Separated material is collected in polyethylene bags secured with quick-release clamps for replacement.
Filtered-air recirculation into the workshop is permitted only where the contaminant type, residual concentration and applicable health, fire and explosion-safety requirements allow it. An antistatic filter medium does not, by itself, certify the equipment for a potentially explosive atmosphere.
