Compact Dust Collectors ALWO EFM

ALWO EFM compact dust collectors are built from pressed galvanised-steel panels assembled as a bolted modular structure. Their compact dimensions, integrated fan and relocatable construction allow indoor installation where the application assessment permits it.

Operation and dust collection

• negative-pressure operation, limiting uncontrolled dust release through potential leaks;
• mechanical regeneration of the filter medium by motor-driven shakers;
• timed shaking cycle after system shutdown;
• collection in removable metal bins that can accept plastic bag liners;
• inspection and maintenance door for the filter-bag enclosure.

Actual emissions depend on filter medium, sealing, dust loading and maintenance; negative-pressure operation does not automatically mean zero emissions.

Fan and controls

The centrifugal fan is integrated, controlled by a variable-frequency drive and acoustically insulated with sound-absorbing material.

The integrated electrical panel includes fault-warning lamps, phase-failure or phase-sequence protection, thermal protection, an operating-hours counter and an emergency-stop button.
