Spray Booth with Dry Filtering

The ALWO V Spray Booth is a solid modular construction built out of cold-worked galvanized steel and joined with the help of assembling bodies.

The operating principle of this piece of equipment is as following: A centrifugal fan is mounted on top, on the side or in the back of the booth and due to the negative pressure formed while using the fan, it forces the air to pass through two layers of filters. This air loaded with suspended particles will cross the filters and avoid its harmful dispersion in the workspace. The first filtering layer is made up of Andreae labyrinth filters, which retain big particles that result from varnish or paints, while the second layer, which is composed of fiberglass paint-stop filters, retains finer particles. The filtered air is discharged through the fan outlet into the atmosphere or into an active carbon filter intended to retain VOCs, depending on your particular needs.
