Air Handling Units with Heat Recovery Device CTA_R

General description:

The equipment is intended for heating air which is absorbed from the outside and introduced into the work space. The air handling unit also ensures coarse filtration (G4) of the air before it crosses the recovery device and the heating coils and enters the work space.

The equipment can have different power levels and can be manufactured according to the beneficiary’s specifications, with flow rates between 4,000 and 50,000 m3/h.

The quality of this AHU is very high, as the components with which it is executed are widely considered to be the top of the industry from a quality perspective. The components are modularly constructed from extruded aluminum profiles, high-quality pressed galvanized steel (VOEST ALPINE – Austria), electrical and electronic components from CE, heating batteries from Sweden and recovery cells manufactured in Italy.

Components:

– Heat recovery battery with air-to-air heat exchanger (the air leaving the workspace will give up heat to the incoming air from the outside, thus reducing the energy consumption needed to heat the air)

– Centrifugal fan

– Heating battery with thermal agent – glycol

– G4 Pocket Filters for the air extracted from the atmosphere;

– Adjustment device for closing.

– Star-delta/triangle start;

– Phase protection;

– Thermal protection;

– Operating hours display
