Centrifugal NO MIST Filters

NO MIST Filters are designed by ALWO as a solution for the metalworking industry, in order to capture and retain oil mists and emulsions resulted from processing metal on lathes, milling machines, grinding machines or other types of equipment which emit vapours during their normal processes.

The filter is designed to work under low pressure. After entering the filter, contaminated air first passes through a mechanical separation zone with a coil and afterwards it passes through another zone with 3 cassette filters: the flame-stop, multi-brake and multi-maze filters. If requested, a fourth HEPA filtering stage can be added.

The oil/emulsion is collected at the bottom side of the filter in a metal container with a drain valve.
