Bag Cyclofilter ALWO CFM

ALWO CFM Filters are constructed with bag-type filtering elements, hermetically sealed in a cylindrical metal housing, designed for operation under negative pressure.

Functional description:

The air loaded with particles enters the lower chamber of the filter, where cyclonic action occurs due to the conical shape of the chamber. Low mass particles will be moved towards the filter elements and captured on their surface. The progressive buildup of dust deposit is removed periodically to ensure the functionality of the filtering element. This layer of dust is removed through a pulse jet system which uses compressed air jet. The air jet control is automated by an electronic programmer that controls diaphragm valves. The compressed air pressure should be between 3-5 bar. This type of filter regeneration is extremely efficient and reliable, maintaining constant pressure loss values throughout the whole lifetime of the filters.
