ECO FITER _EFM compact filters

ECO FITER _EFM compact filters are made of galvanized steel, resistant to corrosion. These compact equipment pieces have a modular structure assembled with screws, making them easy to relocate.

The main advantages of this type of equipment are their compact size, low noise level, allowing them to be placed inside the working space, ease of operation (dust collection in PVC bags, frequency converter-controlled fan, filter material regeneration system with motor vibrators).

These filters operate under negative pressure, with zero emissions into the atmosphere. Bag regeneration is done mechanically with motor vibrators, ensuring efficient filter material regeneration.

The collected dust is gathered at the bottom of the filter in easily manipulated metal hoppers, where plastic bags or collectors can be introduced.

The bag chamber is equipped with an inspection and maintenance door.

The equipment also includes an incorporated electrical panel and a fan controlled with a frequency converter.

It has a shaking program with timing at the moment of system shutdown.

Incorporated antiphonic centrifugal fan with soundproof sponge – noise level of 70 dB (measured at 1 m from the equipment, according to standards).

The electrical panel is equipped with warning lights in case of malfunctions, phase protection, thermal protection, operating hours counter and an emergency stop button.
